Currently I do it from a sketch, but I can't find an option on Inventor

It's not too conventional, but I did it with Autocad 2009, using an annotation with a reminder line, then adding a rating and that's it.
I'm not an Inventor, but I remember doing it.

If you could give me the details of your method on Autocad I would try to make the parallel with inventor.
Currently on inventor I will do with a sketch to build this hook. But then the odds are forced, which I don't like
It's surprising not to have this kind of rating 
otherwise.

No, in my case it is not forced because after putting my reminder or annotation dimension with arrow, removing the text and modifying the display of the arrow, so I added the dimension here which is horizontal.
But in your case you can use ordinal dimensions by replacing the dimension text with a space, and adding a horizontal dimension =>
And there the odds are not forced.
I don't have any other solution (with DWGeditor2009, provided for free by Solidworks at the time, but before that was before).
