I have a client who wants blue dimensions on the plans. My problem is that the dimensions I set appear black while the colors are well set in the options. If I select the dimension I set (which is therefore black), and I want to change the color the small "default" box is not checked, if I check it the dimension appears in blue. It's a hell of a waste of time to change them manually (even if you can change them all at once).
So my question is more specifically how to make the color of the dimensions that I set default.
Now I'm not in front of my computer but it seems to me that there is an icon with a kind of Rainbow and the di you click on it there must be an option that forces the color to black...
As I said above for layers, I don't understand how to apply color.
AC Cobra 427 --> indeed the "color display mode" button changes the dimensions to blue. But big problem, logos on my cover page which are shapes with plain filling in color go black when the dimensions go in color and vice versa :'( (I'm digging to find how all this works)
a.leblanc --> For the system options, yes indeed that's what I did (and that I'm trying to do) but as I say in the topic of the topic, the dimensions I put then appear in black and I have to go and change the color and check the "default" box which is not checked. I would just like this "default" box to be checked by default (a lot of flaws in all this).
a.leblanc --> Yes, that's what I'm doing right now, well, more exactly, I select a dimension --> ctra+a --> color of the line. But it's the same as using filters. This is what you can see on my previous message and it's in this "line color" tool that I would like the "default" to be checked without me having to intervene because the problem with this method is that it's a manual step, Certainly inexpensive in click, but to be repeated with each modification resulting in the addition of dimensions.
I'm going to give myself the point, I found the problem! There is in fact a color assigned to the views (WTF) that blocked the other colors. Thank you all the same for your participation:)
Check that your dimensions are in your layer dedicated to your dimension (if you have one), if they are on no layer then it seems to me that they are gray by default.
