Projected curves

my goal is to redo obito's (Naruto) rinnegan mask, my problem is that I don't know how to project the circle on the mask.

What I get is on the picture, and I want the circle not to be distorted

What method are you currently using?
A simple projection according to the normal to the sketch plan should be fine but I'm not just basically circles...

I used the dividing line function, to project the circles.

But it may not be the right method, if there is a better solution I am interested

Make a dividing line with a single circle

Then create a 3D sketch and make  an "Offset on the surface" with the "Geodesic" option, starting from the separation lines, of the desired value.

We have to face it face by face:(

Then make a dividing line again from the resulting 3D sketch
