Here's my problem, I'd like to bend (deform?) a sheet metal with a central V-cut, so that my two vertices meet at a certain height represented by my construction line, except and this is the reason for my presence here, I can't do it.

I agree with @froussel for the principle of a part converted into sheet metal, but the surface design has my preference... Sketch1 in the right-hand plane allows you to define the expected altitude for the tip of the room. Geometry generation:
creation in the " Face Plane" of the flat face of the base triangle
creation in the oblique " Plan1 " of the flat face of the flank,
creation in the " Plan3 " of the flat face of the side flange.
For the purpose of a future sheet metal part, the extreme tip of the base triangle is truncated (notching to avoid bend crossings), and the central edge of the oblique flank is slightly offset from the vertical plane of symmetry (1mm). The " Sketch3D1 " allows you to define the edge of the V-notch in such a way as to respect the height dimension of the point. Finally, symmetry of the oblique flank and flange, and stitching of the five bodies into one (which can then be laid flat). The resulting surface body is then converted into a sheet metal part, thickness facing downwards, by marking the four plies.
