Do you have a link between matter and its appearance
if this is the case your material has a specific appearance see the graphics card driver

on this link and find out if it is listed
What if my system or software configuration is not listed?
- The graphics card drivers with the highest version numbers are the most recent.

To find out if the configuration of the workstation is at issue, please follow this tutorial:

Then tell us if after doing this manipulation, the problem still occurs.
This will tell if it is directly related to SolidWorks or not.
