Automatic creation of a single bent tube in place of several bends

Hello

Would someone help me?
When I create a pipe with the routing module, it sometimes happens that on the same solidwork pipe each pipe and each bend in a normal way and that in the middle of a pipe it makes me a single tube with several elbows and straight parts that follow each other (a bend for solid) while my routing properties are not on bending.
See illustration below

Thank you in advance

Hello;
I would say that the reason must be that you don't have any elbows other than 90° (or no elbows at all) in your Piping library (at least for the DN200)... Am I mistaken?

Hello

I have a DN200 elbow of 15, 30, 45 and 90 degrees.

I don't understand.

Hello;

Can you extend the previous screenshot so that we can see the set of options (FeatureManager).
This phenomenon seems to only affect your DN200 tubes and elbows... Try dropping some on another sketch to verify that this problem is reproduced.

Here is a quick test, it creates all my elbows at 15, 30, 45 and 90°

all you have to do is compare your two routing modes (pay attention to the angles and radii of your basic sketch)... Your screenshots don't give me enough information to be able to help you further...
