It doesn't seem to me that there is a Mycad tool for this, but it could be integrated quite easily (I think) into the LOCALHELP tool

Yes, it is possible to add panels on the right or left.
To do this, you need the SDK of your version of SW, Visual Studio Express and knowledge of VB or C#.
In fact, you need to create an addin. It's not that complicated but it requires a lot of programming knowledge.

The hardest part is not really to create the addin (if you have a good programming base) but to register it in the registry ... Dassault could have provided an exe to make the registrations easier.
I advise you to start with the VBAddin template and remember to modify the target framework (head you have to put 3.5) otherwise you won't be able to include the dlls that will be useful to you.
