Hello;
Yes, it is possible since the 2020 version of Solidworks.
by editing the "drawingscales.txt" file
(I strongly advise you to work with a copy of this file in a new location...
without forgetting to modify the Solidworks options in the "file location" tab)
This file should be located under: dossier_d'installation\SOLIDWORKS\lang\langue.
(See Solidworks Help: http://help.solidworks.com/2020/french//t_modifying_list_available_scales.htm
Kind regards.
Thank you :-)
It worked for the sheet set
Maclane, is there a solution to make it work too when you add a Model View? there we choose a part or assembly and in the tab on the left Scale Use a custom scale I can't find the ladder I added in the file drawingscales.txt
Thanks in advance
Hello;
There is still the possibility of saving predefined (empty) views directly in your basemap templates...
http://help.solidworks.com/2020/.../c_predefined_views.htm
But I find this solution... barbaric.
Kind regards.
Yes indeed..., it's a shame that you can modify on one side but not on the other ...
Thank you
