Create a folder with all the screws

Hello

I want to lighten the shaft by grouping all the screws in a folder within the main assembly.

I manage to create a folder but not to put the screws in this folder.

How to do it?

Kind regards

Hello
We do this very frequently without any problems.
Just drag them to the folder

Hi @remrem

How do you make sure that all the occurrences of a reference go well in this folder.

Is it by another manip that the drag and drop me without sending me balled.

I'm doing something wrong but what   please.

Kind regards

Hello zozo_mp,

All the screws have to be slipped into the backrest; You click on them and you drag them in. I do the same thing and you can select several at the same time to drag and drop.

Kind regards

I think it's your screw in lightening that can't be moved

Hello @g.casters

Good idea but it still doesn't work.

It's weird.

Hello

According to your image, would you like to move screws from a sub-assembly to the backrest of a main assembly?

I'm not sure we can do that.

It seems to me that you must have a file

by assembly and sub-assembly

and you have to recreate a main folder with its subfolders

Yes. You must absolutely make a folder per assembly.
Otherwise your screws will constrain the components together...

Hello @oplep27

Thank you!  BINGO;-)

after verification, it is actually necessary to open each sub-assembly and create a screws folder in each sub-ASM.

Then move each screw to this sub-backrest.

I will occasionally check whether these subfolders can be grouped into the main ASM. Although in view of what you suggest it seems unlikely.

But otherwise with the nomenclature and Excel for the total it will still be fine.

Kind regards

Hello @remrem

Thank you for  your very valuable additional remark . You can't invent this knowledge

It should also be noted that the part blocked or not does not change anything.

I would look at whether or not the reduced status has an impact.

Kind regards

Well done opiep27...
