Create a thick surface that takes up the junction of two tubes

Hi all

I am looking to create a thick surface of 4mm Maxi, using the junction surface of two tubes, in order to represent a lattice with a mesh of 15x15 Maxi (thickness 4mm Maxi).
I'm using Solidworks 2022SP4.
Attached, SW model with screenshot, hoping that I can make myself understood...

Hello again Silver_Surfer;

I'm taking advantage of you or maybe I'm abusing you a little.
I would like to make a 15x15 mesh with a thickness of 2mm with material removal but that it be uniform over the entire surface of the junction of the tubes.
Find what I know how to do on my side, I'm still scratching to find the solution, and I thank you again for your help.

Could there not be a mistake?

I proceeded like this:

Silver_surfer,
No deviation01, the second is my last solution found.
But thank you very much for your last proposal.
