So for the spokes and chamfers your method works very well. Now you have to add the lateral draft on all the flanks but I have trouble with SW :/ (see screenshot)

For the remains,
I don't know if it's the same on SW but on inventor, when I ask for the draft tool, it asks me for the reference face for the draft direction (for you the bottom face) and then the faces to be stripped (so your chamfers and fillets).
Under inventor, there is a subtlety, on the faces you select, if you click more or less far from the reference surface, the draft is not done in the same place. And I found out late...
If you can't do it, face it face by face.
