A bend made with a bend requires a certain length on each side of the bend. This length depends on the vee used. For 2mm a 10 vee will be suitable. In theory, an extra length of 5mm + 3mm at the minimum is necessary. See with the operators or the method.

Indeed, you have to be careful with the notching of your three-sided angle. A.eriaud has added the closed corner function which is very good.
On the other hand, on the two additions in the lower part, it is better to go through the bent base plate/lug which will add a lug and you just have to create a clearance for the passage of the laser of about 1.5mm depending on the beam used. So it is better to do it last to adjust the length of the hook and adjust as well as possible to the rolled sheet.
