Hello
I will try to be as clear as possible in my explanation by using simplified file names.
For your information, it's with the Connected solution.
I have an Assembly (01.asm), with a machined part (01.prt) and the machining plan for this part (01.drw)
I duplicate this assembly to make a variant → 02.asm
I did say to take the plan with it.
Except that he created a plan name like 01_1.drw when I would have logically wanted 02.drw
I don't think it's a big deal, I'm changing the name in the properties to change it to 02.drw
When I open the 02.drw everything is fine, the link to the 02.prt is fine.
On the other hand, when I want to open the plan from room 02.prt, it opens a 01_2.drw that it generates ... I don't understand...
I went to see the relations of the 02.prt part, but she tells me that she is in relation to the 02.drw plan. And when I open it from there, it generates a new 01-03 plan for me.
The problem I observe that must be a concern is the revision which is different. There he tries to open the A.1 revision while during the duplication he created the A_1.1 revision
So here is if you have a solution to this problem?
Maybe to re-establish the link between part 02.prt and plan 02.drw? But how, I don't know...
Thank you for your help.
Anthony
The easiest way to copy part + plan is to go through Pack and go (→ Pack and go file.)
Don't have a space in the plan name? If the name is identical and the drawing in the same place, it should open it for you from the room (even if the MEP reference has nothing to do with the room (it is based on the file name)

I hadn't seen this 3D Experience part maybe?
Not sure if my answer is appropriate if that's right.
Yes, 3D experience, that's right!
@sbadenis indeed it seems weird to me to go through pack and go.
Well then I came from Creo for a short time, the ways of doing things are not often the same...
But I asked to switch to the normal version and leave this 3D experience because it makes it very difficult to find bugs since it's a new solution and still not very used. I already have enough trouble adapting to SW on my own^^
Under SW to copy a plan + part (or Assembly) the pack and go is ideal, otherwise copy paste from the plan + part, rename the 2 and click on the plan from the SW reference explorer and you change the ref by that of the part and open then save. In short, it's easier to make a pack and go...
Otherwise there are also macros that do the job.

ok thank you for the explanation, I'll test!
Otherwise a rather practical trick in the 3D SW right-clicks on a part or an assembly and " make independent " in the context menu.
The problem is that it doesn't create a copy of the plan.
To do this I found this little macro very interesting which acts in the same way, but by copying the plan simultaneously, then you just have to create a new button to launch the macro which will be accessible in the quick shortcuts (above the context menu).
