You have to put the name of the function and put "supressed" or "unesepressed" it seems to me.

I don't have enough time to experiment, but you can use a formula to remove or not delete a function from the custom properties form, but I haven't found how to drive a configuration. See this link below, it's a very well done tutorial.

On the other hand, don't copy the formulas. The principle is there, but it's up to you to adjust the syntax and spelling...
Oh and another very important thing, don't forget to do a Ctrl +Q between each state, otherwise you'll be looking for a long time for the "why doesn't it work". I'm attaching an example, put the custom properties file in the right place to make it work.
