Hello, I am doing a study of a transmission shaft, and the transmission system is a chain sprocket, I would like to know what are the forces applied by the chain wheel on the shaft.
Force on the chain and winding diameter on the sprocket are necessary to determine the torque on the shaft and then choose its diameter, its material, and the type of drive (key, spline, etc.)
