I want to make hundreds of pieces as if underneath that are cut with the laser machine... The problem is what are the die shape and the punch to make this shape in one stroke ...

Hello

Do you want to know how and if it is possible to make a tool to stamping this part? The answer is yes, but you should approach a tool manufacturer.

Hello

In general, these tools are made with tools to follow.

These parts are made with sheet metal in rolls and with a press tool that in several passes, produces the part without any human intervention.

But it takes tens of thousands of parts to make such a tool profitable

Here is how the tool works.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-SBkRCnBsck

Here's a concrete case on a part that's not too far from what you want to do.

HOWEVER , as you are talking about laser cutting , we fall back into the case of conventional subcontracted bending, except that in your case we cannot use a classic tool because the counter Vé will not pass. So you need to make a simple two-ply stamping tool.

It's not complicated a tool to make (even on a hand press) but you will have to make two sequences of folds if you don't want to have a stamping tool that is too expensive. Especially since luckily :-)  you can use the different holes as stamping centering.

Kind regards

PS: I would like to point out that you have a defect on the small folds because your part will deform because the clearances are not correct it seems to me if I can see correctly.
