Hello
I have just done a removal of material to the outside through all the components in an assembly and some elements of are not removed (from the taps of pipes made in surface) is this normal do you have a solution?

thank you in advance

Hello
You say " "removal of matter from the outside" which would imply that if you have pieces that are inward in relation to the plane of your abduction.
If that's not what I'm talking about, I don't see why surface objects shouldn't be deleted.
Are they still visible in your building tree?
To pluche
yes I wanted to keep only what it has in the rectangle in the center of the image
when you say YES I guess it's the surface parts that are always visible.
If my suggestion from the previous post is not good, you can always hide the polygon pieces in your creation tree. So they remain in your ASM but they are hidden. I often do this when I make a doc or assembly instructions.
I confirm that the surface is not removed with the removal of material, and for good reason...
Damned! Do you know why the surface has this particularity?
Why is the surface not matter? If that's your question, I'll answer that it may be virtual antimatter ![]()
Proof by example. Solid creation

Surface creation

Material removal

Proof that the surface is not matter
And so, to answer @Rems51 , it is " enough " to hide the surfaces from the construction shaft. And presto, peace of mind
Oh yes, it's true, that was the question at the beginning ![]()
But from experience on big 3ds in general origin stp, and it's long to do, and not easy to remove or hide them by multiple selection.
Thank you all, I actually ended up hiding them.
