Material removal in assembly

Hello everyone and best wishes!

I am facing a problem, and I don't know if there is a solution.

I have made an assembly with 15 sheet metal pieces, on which I want to remove material by revolution. So far no problem, the result in the assembly suits me (domed effect).

On the other hand, the idea was to be able to recover the dxf of each of the 15 parts with the geometry modified by this removal of material, so as to be able to start the laser cutting... This extrusion does not modify the parts, when I open each part the initial geometry remains.

Is there a solution? Thank you for your help!

Hello

When you do your material removal in the assembly there is a box to share or propagate to the parts and there it should be good.

Attached is a screen print of the box in the material removal function in the assembly

Thank you BCP for the answer.

The function does indeed work, it is well attributed to each of the pieces.

On the other hand, it is impossible to unfold the parts, the function blocks unfolding...

I will try to find another solution.

In principle it doesn't block, unless the geometry is particular,

(be careful with the side to be exported, it seems to me that this operation does not offer the normal removal)

Which version are you on? And can you share your asm in ZIP or RAR?
