I can confirm that this questionnaire is made for the members of the BE, project manager... even if you can't find the exact title in the schedule (I think you're alluding to that?)
The questionnaire also leads you to know if you are at the origin of the training requests, or if they are imposed on you... The goal is to target your expectations!

A cyber manager is different from an HR, a technical transformation manager of the factory or workshop, a production manager, etc
I have been reorganizing information and IT systems as well as organization for 25 years in very large structures and I know very well where the requests for structural changes come from.
Brief! The questionnaire is interesting but has the wrong target because it is aimed at senior management or the leaders who are the initiators and decision-makers towards these new systems, but not at the draftsman regardless of his level of competence and experience.
This is a little bit what we could read behind @coin37coin's remark (if I understood).

This questionnaire leads to many debates! To clarify the use of this questionnaire, it is absolutely not for commercial reasons! The idea is only to have the opinion of the members who could be trained. Indeed, some of you are not decision-makers but may be required to be training applicants, hence these questions! The decision-makers are rarely the people trained in CAD software... However, I hear your feedback, which is very relevant, and will be much more attentive to this type of initiative in the future.
On the data protection side, we do not have the right to use a questionnaire as a "reminder form", I confirm that no person who answers this questionnaire will be called back or "spammed" with emails;
In addition, this forum has always been intended to provide information related to CAD, where everyone is free to answer or read the information provided without obligation! We offer content or surveys that aim to improve your daily life rather than the other way around;

I agree with the general opinion that seems to emerge from the above answers.
The Mycad Forum (Lynkoa) must remain a platform for mutual aid and not a commercial directory, for this you already have multiple redirects to the many Visiativ sites...
=> not happy! 
If you wanted to get an overview of training requests, why not use the tools available here (Confidential Survey) to identify trends?
It is still less intrusive than the questionnaire proposed here.
Especially since the "Surveymonkey" platform (the "Momentive" company) receives a good amount of information voluntarily filled in ... and much more.
