Hello, I have a part made with the SW sheet metal function but when I want to save my part under dxf to have it unfolded with the bend lines it is not displayed, know why?

What is not displayed, the outline of the part in dxf or the bend lines?
The piece unfolds well manually, no mistake?
One or more screenshots and some additional information seems essential to me to meet your needs.
It's the fold line that doesn't display but when I manually unfold under solid the fold line is displayed correctly.
How do you export from the room (save as dxf) or from an MEP?

Yes, the box is ticked
This gives me the same results if I register under dxf without going through the options.
On the other hand, if you add the steps options Enable custom projection it seems to work:

It's the 1st time it doesn't work like that, I'll try your method.
