Thickness of the object surface for an impossible antenna radom

Hello

I'm creating a radom for an antenna.
Through several sketches, I created the surface of my radom.
I would like to give it a thick (2.5mm). But impossible, I drank.
Either I am doing it wrong, or there is a problem with the construction of my surfaces

attached is the file I'm working on, if anyone has an idea of the problem

Thank you in advance for your help.

Kind regards

Hello;

Please remember to give the Solidiworks version each time you post an SLD file*
Presumably you are using a license higher than 2022 since I can't open it...
Screenshots are therefore appreciable in this case (part and construction tree).

Note: I didn't know what an antenna radome was...

Kind regards.

Hello

Surface tools tab and "thicken", perhaps?

Hello @laurentl38 ,

Indeed, the " Thicken " function refuses to do the job. Hence the idea of digging...
Generating surfaces with the " Smooth" function using your sketches results in less dented geometry. By adding a flat surface to the base of the radome, it is possible to sew all the surfaces together by generating volume.
Finally, the " Shell " function accepts to generate the shape with a thickness of 2.5 mm.

Kind regards.

@m.blt I was just going to ask you if you had tried the " Shell " function, well done!

Hello

For the version, I'm on 2023
@m.blt I hadn't all thought of the " shell " function, very well thought out...
Thank you very much for your help.
