Hello
How do I get part numbers in a column when I click on the assembly in the EPDM?
I want to switch to something automatic by directly using SW properties.

Hello Gary, We should be a little more precise about what you want to obtain so that we answer you as accurately as possible.
Thank you :-)
Hello
You have to set it up in the EPDM administration interface!
Ask your admin or reseller!

To complement "Coyote's" answer,
If you have access to the EPDM admin, you need to create a "column view".
(see view 1 in attached file).
To create a new "column view" right click on Colonen in the EPDM admin and choose "new column set".
In the column customization you just have to do "New column" and assign a variable to this column.
But that's not all:
You must also declare this "column view" in your user groups.
I have forgotten half of the things.
I would like to add a column references of the components in the EPDM Nomenclature (because in a nomenclature it is the basis...).
In this column I would like to retrieve "No.article" or "component reference" (properties specific to SW and the assembly. ASM).
cf: attachment
FYI, the references of the components are there to make my bubble on the drawing.
And so I would like to automate the bills of materials
Everything is set up in the EPDM administration:
As for the "column views", you have to go to "nomenclature":
1-Select the nomenclature or you want to add the column
2-You make "new column" and you assign the right variable (from your parts and assemblies).
Note: if your article number = file name, you don't select a variable but "<name>"
Thank you for this information
But I would like to retrieve the reference of the part which is unique for each drawing or assembly.
-> a part can have a different coordinate system depending on the assembly in which it is located.
In your BOM column, select <part number>.
