If you are on Windows, maybe try to save it on another internal disk of your machine...

Or to avoid spaces sometimes his pass better:)

You can also try to make a take-away composition. But otherwise sometimes you have to completely redesign the room...

Have you tried by recording on the desktop?

If it works, I'm afraid that your path is too long for solidworks (which has a limited number of admissible characters)

Can you access this EPDM folder from the explorer? If this is not the case, it is certainly a problem of the right of access to the file: see the administration tool.

Does it happen to you on a file that is already in this folder and you have modified it so you save it, or is it a new file that you want to save?

this is a file that is on the C disk of EPDM

He had already been there for a while and then one day he started to have this problem. but it turned up on a file other than the one attached. and it also happened on a file that was on a local disk.

A SolidWorks manager asked me to remove the automatic backup and use the option below (keep backups) 

I'm going to see for 4-5 days because since it happened it was doing it every day. 

 

so we'll have to wait and see if it works but the "keep recording" option really has nothing to do with automatic save...
