The message warns that for the value Ø 3.3 the thickness of the sheet must be between 0.8 and 1.2 mm.
Except for this threaded forming function the maximum value of the Ø and 4.8 for a sheet between 1 and 1.5 mm
I'm not a specialist in sheet metal work but I think that in 3 mm it's not the best shape (you should ask a general question about sheet metal)?
