Sheet metal box staircase

Hi all

Being new to the forum and new user of solidworks let me introduce myself: Romain I work in the metalwork sector.

I am starting with the sheet metal function and I have this kind of staircase to be drawn in simple or quarter shape

For the straight stairs I manage to trace both sides but then make my parts in folded sheet metal

On the other hand, when there is a quarter turn, I draw my sketch from above but I don't know how to make my bent sheet metal with an angle

I enclose an image of the type of staircase

There is a lot of information

and other links for a 1/4 winding staircase

See also this video except that he is not unhappy

with a mix of 2 you should be able to make

make the top plate after shifting this sheet

it will remain to be closed on each side

You must first make your staircase by succession of extrusions according to your walking pattern (you can change it to surface by removing one face so that the weight does not appear in the assembly).

Then you lean on this staircase by creating folded sheets.

I'm enclosing a test under solidworks 2012 with the different steps.

This is for information only, I have not made any coherent rate calculation.
