Hello
Is there the equivalent of the 3D sketch of Solidworks but on Creo Element pro?
I have quite complex tubes to draw and so a 3D sketch will suit me a lot.
I don't have a module to make piping but I don't even know if it exists on this software.
Thank you

Hi @ Tomalam
the only answer I can give you is PTC Creo

Yes that's what I had seen a little bit but I don't know how to use it...
So I would like to divert my design by working on 3D sketches

your a screenshot of what you want to do
if it's not too big and too long can be done on SW and file transfer on creo
if this is possible without loss of ref

It is possible in Pro/E to create points, by x,y coordinates.
You create a point at each end and at each intersection.
Then you use the Pipe function to build a pipe through all these points.
An example attached.

Here are the 2 tubes that I would like to connect with a 3rd.
I would have liked to link a sketch that starts aligned with the first to arrive aligned with the 2nd without necessarily needing an elbow. And this 3D sketching feature would be perfect!
(I managed to make my tube anyway but it's DIY)

I tried with the S.B technique a little roundabout because the pipe function I don't know:
- I created my stitches
- I created a curve with these points that makes my 3D sketch
- I created a part in the assembly
- I then did a sweep following my curve and it works
Thank you for your help

Glad it works.
Another solution is to recover an output axis on one side and a point in the center of the connector on the other side.
You create an axis-point plane and in this plane, you use the sweeps function with a spline in sketch.
There will just be a defect on the side of the point.

Creating a tube on Proe Wilfire 4 I think on Creo it's the same thing...

here is
To create a 3D curve you need the sytle tool. It's an optional module and you don't necessarily have it as a base.

You have new icons available to make curves in space. You can manage tangencies, give coordinates to the points of your curve...

Hello
Yes indeed I didn't know this feature at all, yet I have it as an option.
Thank you very much in any case!
