Hello

I think I had that too and I had put the closest thing to it and it was good. At the end of the exam you will have the results by question and you will see which ones you passed or failed.

I'm not a sheet metal specialist and I wanted to test, but on my side I found 487.59mm

Of course we don't see everything on the screenshot but we have everything we need and only taking care of the left part of the room.

Apart from the folding area which goes at 45° which can vary in position, I don't see why there is such a gap.

In any case it remains the same answer 486.96mm the closest.

I had already had this kind of gap 10 years ago when I wanted to pass the basic sheet metal.

Don't you think that it comes from the folding table and the loss at the fold if we take into account that there are 5 folds.

Moreover, depending on the radius, it does not give the same rating, let's not forget :-)

I found 486.67 and I had chosen the closest one... See YP in SW 2016

Ok I'll look at it tomorrow, not having the software at home.

For the parameters is written in the title inter radius 1mm and K-factor at 0.48

For the coasts, they are outdoors.

The materials don't change anything I've tested.

Tomorrow's rest

@ac cobra I looked at your part but the 51.5mm dimension is not respected so you are shorter than me ( you have a 50.79mm dimension)

On the other hand, unlike you, I preferred to start from a solid that includes the advance that I then convert into sheet metal.

Edit: am in SW2018

Edit 2: I hadn't seen that at the bottom of the conversion you could manage the closing of the corners so I can remove 2 functions from my tree.

I didn't control that, I took my 2013 piece when I passed it and just modified it according to the data in the question above.
