Is there an easy way to create an assembly without subassemblies from an assembly with subassemblies and interlocking subassemblies?

Hello.

I'm currently trying to make a video explaining how a machine works using the SolidWorks motion study.

The problem is that my machine assembly is composed of several flexible sub-assemblies and interlocking sub-assemblies.

That's why I'd like to know if there's a simple way to recreate this assembly without sub-assembly in order to easily perform the different movements necessary for my explainer video.

You create your assembly copy and from this new assembly  then you drag the parts composing the sub-assembly(s) and sub-sub-assembly to the main assembly.

Simpler, select one (or more) sub-Assembly, right-click then "Break down sub-Assembly"

(Working in a copy for more security, "Flexible" functions and repetitions may cause some problems)

Kind regards.
