Unable to extract files

It's in the screenshot. Warning on the prt file that is extracted and nothing in front of the drawing attached to this file. So either a warning hidden by the administrator so as not to be blocked in certain cases (but does not help with the diagnosis), or a bug from the 2023 but personally no memory of this kind of problem (we were already on Windows 11)

Hello everyone,
My subject is triggering a wave! Thank you for your interest, your passion and your answers
I have had several leads and explanations and we will be able to close the subject.
For the record/add-ons, I'm working with an assembly that contains a file extracted by a colleague at another site. Specifically, I'm working on a plan using a configuration of the assembly file that doesn't use that extracted part. So I know that I can work on my plan without risk.
But SW does not allow me to extract my plan because of the file extracted by my colleague. I therefore wanted to be able to override this warning, even to check my plan later when the problematic part would be available again.
From the ADM point of view, this ban is consistent and we do not want to change this common-sense rule.
So I wanted to know if SW proposed to force this ban via a contextual action, and then possibly send/display a message when the file was available again.
If I understand correctly, this is not possible, so I will organize myself differently and wait patiently for my colleague to finish his work.
Thank you again to all for your constructive messages,
See you soon and hope to be able to share my knowledge!

The only solution is to copy the part if possible to create a copy of it. Then replace it with a nuance in the name.
Make your plan, archive and overlay the piece that has been created
The day the part is available again, simply open the plan by pointing to the original part
