Hello
I received an assembly in Solidworks 2018, and I would like to register each component separately, because my supplier is closed and cannot send the components back to me separately.
Thank you for your feedback

If you can open your assembly
it's that he sent you the parts and assembly files

Not necessarily gt22, you can design parts in an assembly and save them in it without having a registered loan outside. Simply open each part and save them outside of assembly.
You can select all the parts in the assembly and right-click and choose "Save part (to an external file)" see PJ
@ AC Cobra
Yes, you can of course create parts in an assembly
Personally I'm not for it
unless you register after these said pieces in part by breaking the ties

Hello gilles vivien_1
Another alternative, cleaner in my opinion, and which if necessary allows you to find the location of the original part. If it doesn't exist, just Save it as...
From the assembly, right-click on the part in the tree, then "Open part":
Once the part is open, hovering over the file name in the SW title bar will reveal a tooltip after a few seconds, displaying the full path of the part file:
It is also possible to display the part folder from the "window" menu:
Kind regards
Edit: I realize that it may be the same method as the one mentioned by @ac cobra...
Good evening
Thank you all for your feedback, I will try both methods, AC COBRA 427 and SYLK.
I will keep you informed of the result.
