Fold a square tube

Hello

I'll need help making a fold on a square tube.

image

I have to make three folds on my tube to make a rectangle shape.

And a reconstruction error happens, while there is another part on our server of the same composition and it is folded (I tried to start from this part, but all the dimensions are free and as soon as I change one, everything breaks and it's full of errors).

If you ever have a solution, I'm interested because I've seen that there are solutions on other subjects but the links for making the folds are no longer valid.

Thank you in advance.
(I have other photos to put but I can only post one)

Hello
All sheet metal features can only be performed on sheets created with the sheet metal feature.
The tubes and profiles come from welded constructions.
From the creation of the part, you must start with a sheet metal with the dimensions of standard tubes of course, and then make the appropriate bends.

Hello

From memory there are answers to this question in this forum. (or even quite detailed tutorials)

You have to look for the bending/welding of square tubes in the forum. (or square tube laser cutting)

As @froussel says about this topic:

Indeed the tutorial has not been handed over to date but the piece at the end of the subject, on the other hand is functional

Hello

Attached is a tutorial I had made for the laser tube preparation for the bending of a square tube
