How would you make building queues in Solidworks in order to retrieve in the drawing?

You draw them as construction lines in your sketch and then you display the sketch in your MEP

I want to be able to make a 3D queue grid by naming the queues and to be able to retrieve the queue names automatically in the MEP in fact.
I think I found what I wanted there is a new GRID tool that allows you to do just that in reference geometry
Indeed I didn't know and it seems to be suitable for your request.
per account I don't see how to retrieve the queue markers in the MEP

By displaying the sketch it doesn't work? (right click shown from the MEP)

Not sure from this video that they are really used to make queues.
Finally it seems that it is more associated with the structure system:
For the queues, nothing found that really does the job.
The only solution found is to make a part or assembly with a sketch representing the files with a text note:
Then in the MEP:
Manual solution, far from ideal but nothing better.
