Hello
I can't use the UP arrow to rotate the view 15° (default) in the Solidworks 2016 graphical view.
The key was previously affected, and I removed this shortcut. I can't figure out where and how to reassign this key to rotate the view.
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance,
Sylvain.

Hello
With a right-click on a toolbar, at the very bottom customize, keyboard tab, you can search in this list (rotation?) or set it back to default.

And the arrows work in other applications such as word or internet?

Hello
I tried assigning a shortcut to the left key (for example) and then deleting that shortcut.
As a result, I definitely lose the rotation function with the left arrow which worked before the assignment.

You can try to reset the SolidWorks settings with the tutorial:
http://www.lynkoa.com/tutos/3d/reinitialiser-les-parametres-solidworks
We can go back later, but it's to find out if it comes from the configuration of the workstation or not.

Bart, incrementing works well but not for all arrows.
After research, it would be a known problem and the only way would be a reset of the parameters as proposed by PL. Well then it's information found on forums that date from 2011. There may have been a fix since....

The problem is that I can't see myself reassigning all my shortcuts 1 by 1 following a reset

That's what I did but I saved with this error. Too bad!
Hello everyone ! For those who have the same problem, I suggest you install a virtual keyboard on your computer if you can't find a way out. It would be easier to use the up arrow.
