Hello
Can have a room family in a library function?
Currently I have several library functions that are practically identical. The internal functions are the same, only the dimensions change.
I would like to have a library function and once implanted in a room I would like it to be and remain controlled by configurations.
Is it possible?
Hello
It is quite possible. You can watch/download/try this very complete library that works on this principle:

To complete (in pictures) the answer of @Benoit.LF.
I have an Oblong Hole Library feature.
When inserting it, I have access to the different configurations:
In your Library function, simply add a room family table or configurations:
See attached example.

Hello,
To follow up on my 2 colleagues above, I use this function to place oblongs on flat irons.
May the force be with you

@fifounet44 : What are the interest(s) for the shape of the grooves?
Hello, it allows you to easily put a coaxiality in the center of the light for screws, etc... The only problem is that on the DXF for laser cutting the cylindrical portion appears. Having changed companies since then I have not used these grooves anymore, I may put them back into use here as soon as I have time!
