Hello;
The last time I got this type of message was because I replaced periods " ." with commas " ," (or vice versa) in the Standards editor of the Toolbox.

I tried your manipulation yesterday but it doesn't work!
On the other hand, this morning, I tried to add a hole on which there was already a hole and there it works!
So I tried on a part on which there was no drilling and there too it works, why how?

Another possible way is to change the Windows language (voluntarily or not):
This too can lead to some incomprehensible malfunctions...
