I have a problem with the folding function on a particular case in attached photo, in the unfolded state the inside of the text is not displayed and in the drawing I cannot recover the unfolded state view, I tried to do my material removal before and after folding and I still have the same result, I tried to use the unfold function, to do my material removal to do the fold function but nothing changes, since parts of parts are flying maybe there is no solution?
For several attachments you can use the compressed ZIP or RAR files on this forum ;-)
It's normal that you're missing pieces, especially for the center of the 4. you have to make legs to hold it. The flattening is done only on a single homogeneous body.
Anyway, if you laser cut, the central part of the 4 will be lost (unless there are support legs).
It seems to me that our great colleague @AC Cobra has a typeface that handles this kind of problem.
Thank you for your answers, so I'm going to make holding tabs that I'll remove at the cutout, unfortunately I don't have a choice in the font, it's part of the client's graphic charter.
If this policy and in the specifications; All you have to do is put micro junctions to hold the inside of the numbers and remove them after cutting because the operator will have fun waiting for them to come out of the belt to fall into the dross tank and then you have to find them again...
No problem to recover the interiors it's a machine that takes flat aluminum sheets of 3000x2000mm so everything stays on the suction plate, I finally made a file with the folds and a flat one with the interiors so that I superimpose everything on the cutting software and it does it.
