Generate and Fill in a File Automatically

Hello

I would like to know if there is a possibility to generate a file (excel or word)
After an assembly enters a certain state of the PDM workflow

Data, if you enter it in a custom property, will have to be filled in this file.

That way I would say that it is not possible but it would have to be confirmed with the hotline.
On our side, we automatically create Excel files when the folder is created, and the data from the folder card ends up in the Excel file.
