Hello
The grid won't be of much use to you, make plans to lean on it if necessary.
Here's a little video to help you make 3D sketches easier.
Hello
Unfortunately, this is not possible in 3D sketching.
You can display a grid only in 2D sketch by option / Document Property / Snap Grid / Show Grid
via the previous link here's what you can do
To do this, you created your first top-down grid
with some supporting refs
The other grids are only repetitions of the first one for your levels

To constrain your paths, use planes, axes and make construction lines, You can constrain a segment according to a direction (XYZ) give it a position (on an XY plane), an orientation according to a construction line (angles dimensioned according to a construction line).
@ leblanc did you look at my link in first reply
you create your grid from above with sketch lines in X that you define yourself
so space of 1 meter if we want for example that you repeat X times
ditto in perpendicular Y
so you have your basic sketch with your X and Y every meter
This said sketch you repeat it in the z-axis in height every meter you want
you end up with a 3D grid with a line interval in X Y Z of 1 meter
After that, via each level, nothing could be easier, sideways, linears, angles, etc.....
it seems simple and elementary to me
It is an acriquer technique for the building industry

Hello
No possibility in automatic, you have to create your grid, something I didn't want to do too bad.
