We are experiencing an issue when importing a STEP file into SolidWorks 2021. It is an electronic board with components. Only the edges that define the outline of the board and the components appear.
When opening the STEP file with other software such as the eDrawings viewer, the whole thing appears perfectly.
Do you have an idea to solve the problem?

It smells a small problem in a radius or other that makes SW not able to recreate the volume of the PCB.
We have to make an import diagnosis, try to repair what can be repaired and possibly add surfaces to close the volume.
Hello The entire surface of the PCB is missing. It will be difficult to repair it because there are lots of holes.
Make sure that at the time of import, the Surfaces box is selected. Otherwise share the PCB if not confidential. Someone will find the mistake.
