Inability to use the Delete/Delete function in solidworks 2015, not possible either with the delete key, it blocks everything
Impossible to use STEP files since this morning,

+1 for a general SW print-screen.
Which version of SW 15 are you using? It has been strongly advised by SolidWorks integrators to use versions only from SW15 2.1 onwards! Before, it seems that the versions were largely corrupted :/

In my opinion, the keyboard shortening has already happened to me.
Right-click in a toolbar, then click Customize.
Then you go to the Keyboard tab, and you look for the command: Erase
You click on the corresponding cell in the Shortcuts column and press the key: Delete
It will show you: Delete
You click on Ok and it should be good
