Since yesterday we have had problems installing Solidworks products. We are unable to install the myCADtools 2020 app. Yesterday I tried to re-install the application from the administrative image but without success, same message as the "problem mcadtools.jpg" image attached. I don't know if it's from a Windows update or something else?

The problem is apparently related to the SOLIDWORKS input mask (no link to myCADtools).
