As part of standardization, I want to include an indicator in the data map about the number of times the item has been purchased.
An example: the designer in the study phase has the possibility of using 2 sizes of screws. These 2 articles are referenced in the ERP and therefore available in the 3D CAD library. The designer must have an indicator in the data card that allows him to favor one screw over another. This is the purchase frequency.
How do I highlight the indicator in the data map?
I export the references of the items with the frequency of purchase from the ERP to an excel. Then I inject this data into the data cards via a MyPDMtools utility.
Once this exercise has been completed, is it possible to create a color-coded rule on this indicator ? That is, if the item is purchased 100+ times, the field turns green. If the item is purchased less than 5 times, the field will turn red.
Otherwise, is there another method to favor one article over another according to a numerical value?
