Indeed, it is at the opening that the bottom hurts. But given that this is a procedure that I write and would distribute in PDF format, the problem arises once a day (at the opening) so it remains in the realm of acceptance.
Of course, if it is a file that will be consulted frequently, this changes the situation.

Well, the fact is that it used to work, and it's no longer the case!
Couldn't it come from a Word or Windows update? (I'm just launching the idea...) What do you think of the pros of the game?
I thought about it but unlikely because it happened in the middle of the day and the updates are theoretically done at night...
But given that I don't have any control over the updates (automatically managed by the info service) I can't be categorical...
As a last resort , quite simply:
--> ScreenShot (Keyboard Screen Printing)
--> Paste under the "Paint" software
--> select the area to be kept
--> Cut / Paste in a new page under "Paint"
--> Save as image
--> Insert the image in "Word".
I hope I have helped you.
Unfortunately too much loss of quality with the Screenshot.
I used the capture tool which allows me to have less loss...
It's not the best, but it's pretty much acceptable.
I don't despair that a little genius will find a solution, because now I'm really drying....
