Hello
By any chance did you try to print another document?
@+
Hello gt22,
yes I print other files without problem

Hello
You should also give the type of printer you use/brand, that can help too.
On the other hand, not sure that it works like a classic printer, and there are more adjustments to be made. (it all depends on the type of printer)
Hello FUZ3D,
Creatbot DX+02 3D Printer, Creabot 6.46 Print Software, Solidworks 2014
I print stl every day without problems but I don't see what' s wrong.
Thank you
@+
maybe try importing and reopening the STL via Solidworks to see if it's reliable
@+
I opened my stl with solidworks then try to save it in stl and here is the message
The file could not be saved because the geometry of the part is not valid for this type of registration
Hello
There must be an error in the 3D volume somewhere. Like edges or things of zero thickness. I say this when I see the part on the far right in your image.
Also check if you don't have parts of the volume in a deleted state. In short, the cleaner your room is, the more likely you are to find out where the problem comes from.
Post your file that we are looking at ;-)
Kind regards
Don't hesitate to add mini leave too, to avoid sharp edges. it may not hurt.
Hello
Have you tried playing on STL options? You have small edges that may not be within tolerance.
Kind regards
Hello @patcou86
The STL part is done without any problem and reopens normally.
There is nothing abnormal in the original part in SLDPRT except the link of the first sketch with multiple external references as if you had copied the initial sketch.
If the problem persists, remove these constraints and normally grade the first sketch from the origin. That's the only muddy explanation I can see.
Regards (attached is the sketch to be modified if necessary)
Hello jmsavoyat,

Following @jmsavoyat 's suggestion (which I salute) here are the standard settings I used.
Kind regards
Zozo_mp,
I'm going to try to print it at home on my Tevo Tornado.

@patcou86
I'll send you the STL file! Rename it to make the difference with yours
Kind regards
Thank you all, I'll keep you posted.
Good night
Hi all
It's okay with your stl Zozo_mp, so I'll try to create my stl with your standard settings as on the image.
I'll keep you posted,
Thank you again to all
