I can't uninstall SolidWorks 2013 properly

I started by uninstalling the SP01 and then the SP0

and when I reboot my machine, I always have the Solidworks installer that launches and tries to uninstall one more thing.

How do I erase everything?

Thanks in advance

By any chance, there is no SolidWorks DVD in the computer?

Hello

"uninstall SP01 then SP0"

I must admit that I have a hard time understanding this point given the fact that it has not been possible to install on the same workstation two different service packs of Soliworks, can you specify your exact manipulations?

One solution could be to use a Windows restore point.

Hi Bernard,

The Microsoft Fix It utility resolves installation and uninstallation problems.

It automatically cleans registry keys that prevent a program from uninstalling, the program can be found here: http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/fr-fr

Filter the solutions by typing the term: Uninstall as in the attached image and confirm, launch the program.

Once the program is launched, I advise you to choose the option: Detect problems and let me select the correctfs to apply. Click Uninstall

It will then show you the list of installed programs, select the recalcitrant program, and then press next.

The operation can be quite long but effective, I tested it again yesterday, and I am often surprised by the result of this "automatic" tool.

Good luck

I went to Windows, conf panel/add/remove programs.

There were 2 lines: SW sp01 and SW sp0

I started with 01, then Zero

it asked me to reboot

@ lprieur: no, there was no DVD

I used fix-it and everything went back to normal, THANK YOU!
