I can't do a simulation Help me! PLEASE

Hello

My name is Jérémy and I am in my final year of high school S-SI

Here's my problem: I made an assembly and I'd like to do a simulation (material resistances). I am attaching the solidworks model.

It's a ball launcher and I'd like to make a simulation of the stresses, displacements and deformations etc when the ball passes between the two "rollers".

I tried to make one but I get stuck when it comes to adding connections despite the help of Solidworks and many tutorials.

However, I explain how I did it:

New static study after we apply a material here steel.

Then in imposed displacements I put fixed geometry on the underside of the chassis

In external loads: Torque? Centrifugal force?

Connections: I don't know

When I launch the mesh it tells me "there is interference between two bodies at least" What to do?

If someone can show me how to do it or describe the steps to me.

I couldn't open your assembly because if you don't post the parts with it, the assembly is empty.

Hello Thierry,

I attach the assembly file with all the parts if you have time to try to do it because it is quite complex. The assembly to be made is called "total assembly". I compressed it with winrar, just unzip it

If you are done your job for you, you won't learn anything. ;-)

The error message is pretty clear. Before you run your simulation, perform an interference analysis and fix any issues.

[Edit:] PS: The message "Help me" is completely useless. If we are here, that's why...

Thank you for your answer.

I think that when you spend more than a week 24 hours trying to do a simulation, you can ask for help.

I did a lot of simulations with my high school but never as complex as this one.

Now, thanks to Thierry, I have solved this problem. However I have another problem:

"The creation of the mesh failed for the following parts" photo attached

I repeat, I'm not asking to do the job, but maybe just open the model to help me make this simulation.

Try to reduce the size of your mesh, this solves a lot of the problems.

I set the slider to coarse so I reduced it to the maximum.

Frankly, I'm drunk, I've spent hours and hours and I still can't make it.

No. You have to put it on end.

Then if you still have errors you go to the settings and change the type.
