I don't have the specs but I know that the piano string is usually XC75/80, we also use 45s7 or 50hp4, you can try to dig these tracks. Is it to do simulation in SolidWorks?

yes it's for simulation on agricultural machine springs in Ø42 or flat wire in 90x20.

You have some properties here, DIN 17221 is the steel generally used for "square" wire springs (light load green, medium load blue..)
