Join 2 edges of the same surface

Hello

 

I find myself facing a problem that I can't find among the forum topics.

I'm working on an imported model (probably drawn from Rhino) on which A surface composed of several faces has 2 edges that are not joined.

So I can't turn this surface into a solid.

I managed to "plug" the hole with the "filled surface" function, but when I want to sew the surfaces I get the error message:

"Parts cannot be joined to form volume bodies because more than two sheet metal bodies cannot be joined together at a single edge junction."

Do you have an idea, a solution?

After a lot of trying, I could see that the model was really not "clean", the surfaces were intersecting, there were holes etc ...

so I redesigned the solid on Rhino
