Hello, the command bar is the one at the bottom that allows you to type the commands? If so, "F2" or "Crtl F9" to make it reappear. Another info, I have often encountered the bug of losing my menus (all of them), in fact, if you have several workstations, copy the directory with all the menus (a backup) and reintegrate them at the right end. Good precaution to avoid being bothered next time.
