Hello, while running my piece, with an imposed displacement of 1mm to 4mm, I didn't get a message and at 5mm I get this message (attached). Should I do large or small displacement, should I do yes or no?
Thank you

Here, it is better to put Grand Displacement for the 5 mm
Good evening
Aliende's answer is perfect, nothing to say :-)
On the other hand, since we know what your simulation is for, it means that there is penetration between the two materials. If your pieces are not in contact, does it make no sense to put the two pieces in opposition?
On the other hand, if it's just to test the bending of the spindles, you would also have to put an axial stress either on a plane or with a constrained projected area between the two big cylinders (which are tibia). In your previous image we can clearly see that there is a radial slippage. I say because it influences the result on the deformation of your pins.
Kind regards
PS: @Snouzy13 As said before, avoid multiplying topics when it's always the same simulation. But hey it allows you to garner good best answers hihihi!!!: -) :-)
